Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of websites and related services provided by VioletSoft Inc. (hereinafter "Company"), including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company, including web development, AI solutions, and YouTube automation.
• "User" refers to any person who uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Services)

The Company provides the following services:

• Website planning and development
• Mobile application development
• AI chatbot and automation solutions
• SEO optimization consulting
• YouTube channel management automation
• Maintenance and technical support

Article 4 (Contract Formation)

A service contract is formed when the User requests services from the Company and the Company accepts. Specific terms are subject to a separate agreement.

Article 5 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms have been effective since April 1, 2009, and were last revised on January 1, 2024.
